Recruitment efforts addressing outreach and yield are critical components to changing representation and culture through holistic admissions. In this final session on holistic review, participants will: Understand holistic review within the context of systemic change in graduate programs Compare case studies of departments that have increased diversity through changes to admissions, recruitment, & climate Develop concrete tools and strategies for enabling holistic admissions in their programs.
