IGEN partner societies launch application portal

The IGEN disciplinary societies launched the IGEN Bridge Application portal in the Fall of 2019. This collective effort has allowed prospective graduate students interested in any of the physical sciences to complete a single, no-cost application for bridge programs that are academic partners with any of the IGEN disciplinary societies. More than 350 applications were started and 190 were submitted.

For the next two months, over 60 academic partners of the ACS, AGU and APS will review these applications and extend offers to applicants. We are working with applicants, individuals writing letters of recommendation and institutions who will be reviewing applications to support their need for flexibility during these unprecedented times.
