Using Self-Efficacy to Address Imposter Syndrome

This workshop will feature interactive discussions based on mentoring research and case studies. Facilitators will create a space for students to come together to discuss common opportunities and challenges for students, including dealing with imposter syndrome. Research-based materials will offer tips and strategies, and the interactive format will also draw on the knowledge and experience of participants. Topics include strategies for building self-confidence and using this confidence to address imposter syndrome in oneself and in others.
