Aligning Admissions with Program Mission

Admission is a Latin word meaning “toward the mission,” and admissions is most effective when the criteria and process are designed with an organization’s mission in mind. Building upon knowledge acquired in prior sessions, participants in this interactive session will:

• Articulate and assess for themselves their current admissions and recruitment practices
• Develop plans and evaluation protocols for holistic admissions within their local context
