Rowena Dineros

Rowena Dineros is the Education Project Manager of the Postdoc Administration Office at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). Since 2008, she has worked to improve the experience of postdocs through program administration, development, and postdoc advising. Her current projects include mentor training, DEI assessment and recruiting, and the Postdoc Career Mentor Program. Her education and professional background in Human Resources have helped her address the unique challenges that postdocs face. She was awarded a NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal in 2011 “for Exemplary Improvements to JPL’s Postdoctoral Program by establishing a dynamic model at JPL to enhance the role of Postdoctoral Fellows in the NASA mission.”
