Facilitator Training for Graduate Admissions Workshops

OVERVIEW & GOALS

Preparing higher education change agents to facilitate interactive workshops on holistic graduate admissions. This four-part training over eight hours total will involve 1) orientation; 2-3) observation of two current online workshops; and 4) opportunity to practice, debrief, and receive the curriculum & a facilitator guide.

Faculty and administrators with an interest in improving graduate education in STEM, and without competing financial interests, are welcome to apply.

Capacity is limited. Preference will be given to applicants whom C-CIDE institutions have identified as prospective facilitators, and then to faculty with demonstrated effort increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in doctoral education.
