There is more than connects us than that which divides us. In my personal and professional life, I am driven to find ways to unite people around our shared humanity and experiences. I take an interdisciplinary approach to management and collaboration which is illustrated in my educational background that has included studies in biochemistry, neuroscience, and counterterrorism. My experience as a Ronald E. McNair scholar inspired my commitment to supporting programs which increase the support and opportunities provided for students with diverse backgrounds to obtain a graduate education.
My primary role is serving as the ACS Bridge Program's Project Manager where I facilitate project planning, oversee budget activities, and liaise with bridge sites, partners, and partner organizations. IGEN is one such organization, where I serve as the ACS staff liaison to connect the IGEN and ACS communities in our efforts to support diversity in graduate education.
